30 Days Full Refund or Exchanges!
Our return process is simple. If you don't love your new handbag, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Customers satisfaction is our priority and we want to make sure you absolutely love your purchase.
In the uncommon event that an item slips past our quality assurance team damaged, incorrect or with poor quality, we stand by our satisfaction guarantee and will be happy to offer a free replacement or refund on the damaged item. Please send us your order number and a photo of the item showing the damage to email@example.com, so we can start the process of making things right for you.
Order not received
If all of the shipping information you provided was accurate, and you’ve been patiently waiting for your item to arrive for over 40 business days, please contact us so we can replace or refund your order. Free replacement or refund is eligible only for orders that were given correct shipping information and the customer didn’t miss the parcel delivery.
If you have been supplied a defective or incorrect item, we can typically remedy the problem once a photograph of the issue has been submitted along with the order number. Items eligible for replacement must have been purchased within the past 30 days, must be unworn and unused, and must be defective or not what you initially ordered.
